Shipping and Returns

Shipping policy


Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). For overnight shipping service, orders must be received by 2pm EST Monday - Friday. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.

Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. 

The shipping cost is non-refundable.

For all International orders, customer is responsible for any duties incurred in shipment. Please take local costs of applicable taxes and duties into account when purchasing items to be shipped from our store.  Maria McManus will not assume responsibility for any charges other than those we list on our website. 

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to Maria McManus at the cost of the customer.

Return policy


We're happy to refund all unworn merchandise within 14 days of order receipt.  Please note all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. We do not accept returns or claims of Maria McManus items bought from other retailers. All items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

For returns within the United States

Please have the following information ready: order number, email associated with order, item(s) for return or exchange and reason for return.

Once submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email and a flat return cost of $7 will be automatically deducted from your total refund or credit amount. We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return receipt. You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.

For returns outside the United States

Please note you will be responsible for cost of return shipping and any duties that are incurred.  Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return receipt.  You will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for International orders.
