SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (excluding public holidays). For overnight shipping service, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We now offer international shipping through our trusted shipping partner, Global-E. Customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu—located at the top right of the website on desktop and in the drop down menu or the footer on mobile. Product prices for select countries include duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund all unworn merchandise within 14 business days (excluding public holidays) of receiving your return. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns or claims for Maria McManus items purchased from other retailers will not be accepted. Additionally, all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear depends on your bank’s processing timeline.

Once your request is submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email. A flat return cost of $7 will be deducted from your total refund or store credit. We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.
