SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (excluding public holidays). For overnight shipping service, orders must be placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties incurred during shipment. Please consider applicable taxes and duties in your region when purchasing items from our store. Maria McManus does not assume responsibility for charges beyond those listed on our website. If the recipient refuses delivery of an order due to customs charges, the package will be returned to Maria McManus at the customer’s expense.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to refund all unworn merchandise within 10 business days (excluding public holidays) of receiving your return. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns or claims for Maria McManus items purchased from other retailers will not be accepted. Additionally, all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear depends on your bank’s processing timeline.

Once your request is submitted and eligibility is confirmed, a shipping label will be provided via email. A flat return cost of $7 will be deducted from your total refund or store credit. We kindly ask that returns are shipped within 3 days of approval. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed or a store credit is issued.

For returns outside the United States:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any duties incurred. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return receipt, and you will be notified via email once your return is processed or a store credit is issued. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for international orders.
